A Gemini system is not a chatbot bolted to a CRM. It is a small, coherent architecture: a model that has learned the principal, a memory that remembers them, surfaces where it can be reached, and a custody arrangement that puts all of it in your name.
Layer 02
The Memory
A private, indexed corpus of the principal's life and work — correspondence, decisions, references, archives. Encrypted at rest, queried by the system, never federated to a third party.
Layer 03
The Surfaces
The system speaks where the principal already is: SMS, email, calendar, a quiet web console, a phone line. No new app to learn. The interface is the channels you already keep.
Layer 04
The Custody
Hardware, hosting, keys, weights — held in your name. We document the chain end-to-end. If our relationship ends, the system continues without us.
§ Standards
Every system we ship is documented to the level a competent operator could maintain it without us. That is the test we use to know it is finished.
