§ 01 — Terms
Standing terms.
Form
Engagements are taken in writing under a private letter of agreement. There are no clickwraps, no auto-renewals, no shared TOS.
Scope
Each engagement is scoped to a single principal and a single named system. We do not multi-tenant the work, and we do not subcontract it.
Fee
Fees are set per engagement on a fixed-build plus retainer basis. The build covers Audit, Design, and Construction. The retainer covers residence and refinement.
Custody
On delivery, all weights, memory, prompts, and source pass into your custody. Documentation is provided to the level a competent operator could maintain the system without us.
Confidentiality
Mutual NDAs are standard from the first conversation. Engagements are never named publicly without written consent.
Exit
Either party may end the retainer with thirty days' notice. The system is yours to keep — that is the entire point.
§ 02 — Begin
The first conversation is a private letter or a phone call. Both are answered by the principal of the studio.
