IV — The Principal
Made for one.
The studio works for a single principal at a time. The system we deliver is sized for the person it serves — their voice, their archive, their channels, their judgment. If the work could be done by a generic product, we are the wrong studio for it.
§ 01 — Fit
Who we work with.
Founders
Operators whose attention is the firm's bottleneck. The system absorbs the second-order work — drafting, recall, follow-through — so the principal's time stays on the first-order work only they can do.
Private offices
Family offices and principal staffs that already run a small team and need a quiet, custodial intelligence sitting alongside it. Not a vendor. A resident.
Practitioners
Lawyers, advisors, physicians, and writers whose work is their voice. The system is trained to think in that voice and is bound to never broadcast it.
§ 02 — Not a fit
Said plainly.
- Teams looking for a SaaS seat with an AI badge.
- Organizations that cannot, or will not, take custody of the system we build.
- Anyone who would prefer the system to be cheap before it is correct.
