II — The Practice

A studio that ships one system at a time.

Most of what is sold as “AI consulting” is a workshop, a deck, and someone else's API key. That is not what this is. The practice is small on purpose: a single principal, a single problem, and a system that ships into your custody at the end of it.

§ 01 — Commitments

Three commitments,
kept in the work.

01

Studio, not platform

We are a studio, not a SaaS. The work begins with one client and one problem, and the system we deliver is shaped by that single conversation. There is no shared tenant, no shared model, no shared backlog. Your engagement is the unit of work.

02

Proprietary, not leased

What we build belongs to you. The model weights, the memory, the prompts, the orchestration — all of it ships into your custody. If we disappeared tomorrow, the system would still run on hardware you control, against data you own.

03

Resident, not remote

Our systems live where you live. On-prem when it matters, on your hardware when that's the right answer, answering on the channels you already use — text, email, calendar, the desk in your office. The system is part of your house, not part of ours.

§ 02 — Rhythm

The shape of an engagement.

  1. Phase I

    Audit

Two weeks. We sit with the principal, observe the rhythm, name the system that wants to exist.

  2. Phase II

    Design

Four weeks. The architecture is drawn — model, memory, surfaces, custody, hand-offs.

  3. Phase III

    Build

Six to twelve weeks. The system is constructed, tested against the principal's real day, and tuned.

  4. Phase IV

    Resident

Ongoing. The system lives with you. We remain on retainer for refinement and care.
